v1.2.0 - Plugin Update Notes
This one is for a request from @astro on the “Expiration for Listing/Vendor Verification” topic: the expiry now covers each Listing’s own Verified badge, not only the Vendor’s.
New
- Listing verification expiry - With Badges to Expire left at “Vendor badge only”, tick Verified on any Listing and the same two fields appear under it: a Verification Period and a Verified Until date. Each Listing can have its own period or date, and there is a separate site default for Listings under HivePress > Settings > Verification Expiry > Verified Listings. The badge comes off on the day after the date, exactly as it does for Vendors.
- Three emails to the Listing’s owner - When the Listing is verified, a set number of days before its date (the same number of days as the Vendor reminder), and when the badge is removed. Editable under HivePress > Emails like the Vendor ones, and the verified and expiry emails can each be switched off. The Vendor emails are unchanged and separate.
- Listings screen - The same Verification column and the same two bulk actions as the Vendors screen, so you can put a period on Listings you verified before installing the plugin, or take the date off ones that should stay verified.
Changed
- Sync mode - Choosing “Vendor and listing badges, kept in sync” now clears any period and date set on individual Listings, since in that mode Listing badges follow the Vendor and a Listing’s own date would mean nothing.
Update via your dashboard as usual!
