If I wanted to tie into the booking once it’s booking time has passed and trigger a message/email sent to the vendor and/or customer once the booking time has passed what is the end point that I would use?

If you use the Marketplace, where the order gets a completed status when the booking time (end time if you mean it) has passed, you can use this hook: hivepress/v1/emails/order_complete/send

Hello, How exactly the process of booking completion work with marketplace?

I have Require manual delivery, and Require manual completion turned on because its better if buyer can complete the job and unlock the money for seller sooner after vendor delivered it. When buyer and vendor have order and vendor delivers it, the buyer can confirm its delivery and finish the order thanks to this setting.

The questions are:

  1. When Require manual completion is turned on, will the order automatically complete after some time when vendor delivered it? Even though the Require manual completion is turned on?

  2. When Require manual completion is turned on, will the order automatically complete after some time when the time/day of reservation ended, but the vendor didn’t make delivery? Because Require manual delivery is turned on? If so, after what time it automatically completes?

  3. When Require manual completion is turned on, what does the completion period do? Because I’ve read that its separate functions and booking end automatically after 12 hours?

So the way it should work is that vendor delivers, and buyer can either select complete the delivery, or wait without completing it and it automatically finishes after some time, which I want to change to at least 1 to 2 days. For safety of the buyer so they have time to react. How to do this? Thank you

Hi,

Please note that the Completion feature does not work with the Bookings extension, but only with the Marketplace extension if Bookings is disabled. As for the order in the booking, it is considered completed after the booking has ended and 12 hours have passed.

You can change this time by editing the period on this line: Awesome Screenshot. We also plan to add a similar feature for changing the time in the next updates.
